I like to try to use chains with reward programs (Choice Hotels or Wyndham) to accumulate points for free nights but those options are very limited in the Charleston area. more on TripAdvisor

I'd definitely stay here again if using Charleston as a stopping or starting point for a trip, especially if heading west toward home. more on TripAdvisor

Wi-fi is available for $2.99 per day, but even adding that to your bill doesn't make the place too expensive. more on TripAdvisor
