Made reservations a month in advance at Econo Lodge 1938 Moore Rd., Matthews, NC for 4 rooms together on 1st floor (1 handicap). We arrived and it took 45 minutes to get checked in, then there were errors and we had to go back and pay more the next day. The room was not ready even though it was after check in time.
