Nothing really stood out concerning the cleanliness, but having worked for a hotel many of the finer details were not attended to (for example soap residue left on shower stall soap holder, recliner was well worn). more on Expedia

A card with security recommendations was on the bed-not exactly reassuring. more on Hotels.com
