Not what I expect from Holiday Inn!
First room we were assigned, the "power toilet" was not flushing properly and was loose on it's base and so wobbled when sat on. The Holday Inn Express Richmond was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay and had great cinnamon rolls.
