In bad shape, needs renovation desperately

I was in Victoria for business and my company booked the hotel. Had I known how bad it was I would have asked them to change it to a different hotel. I inlcuded pictures with my review to show the issues that I ran into with this hotel. THE ROOMS: The first thing that hit me was the moldy smell. On the walls were black mildew stains (see picture). The AC worked well although the outlet was coming out of the wall (see picture). The AC works very quickly and I liked that.
