I was traveling in tha area of Smithville made a reservaton on their web-site the stay was great clean room friendly staff, nice quiet town, I will be returning more on TripAdvisor

Will definitely stay again. more on TripAdvisor

At breakfast there was only two sweet rolls and two sausage /biscuits and one cup of coffee....for three people...and none of it was very fresh. more on TripAdvisor

The beds were clean with what looked like new bedspreads but the wall art was old and faded and the air conditioner wouldn't work unless you set it on 61 degrees. more on TripAdvisor

Lastly dont be fooled by the fact they have a pool I doubt its ever in use its 80 degrees out an the water is a murky nasty green im sure they have no intentions of cleaning it either. more on TripAdvisor
