Disappointing Stay

My stay at the Benison Inn and Suites was very disappointing. The room was not clean upon our arrival. We had a very limited # of towels for 2 adultas and 1 teenager. It was ok

The hotel itself was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. But we had to ask to get the commode fixed. The first night we had to reach into the tank and pull the plunger to flush.
