Ramada must have no oversight on it's franchise owners

... up to the hotel, I knew I had made a bad choice. The carpet in the room was in bad shape, smelly, cigarret burns and not clean. A very dull and out of the way location-no places to eat. ... weekend. We had ants in both rooms. Management was hesitant to move us, but finally relented. We received two other rooms adjacent to the prior rooms. There were ants all over those rooms to!
