Good location by the Lexington. The room was pretty clean. However, someone had smoked in this non-smoking room and the remaining smell was horrible. I just bought a can of spray air cleaner, and it was tolerable after that.

Nice big rooms with heat and a/c. The rooms all have a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. The Motor Inn is walking distance to the beach with a beatiful view from the Motor Inn.
