The second day, the room was cleaned & our room was made up including our bed, but our pillow cases were missing, including the 2 pillow cases we brought from home. more on TripAdvisor

That said, I got a clean, safe night's sleep, and I would recommend it as a good option if you can find a good price. more on TripAdvisor

I told him that it was not normal to have bugs in the room & he said if I wanted to move to the upper floor, there would prob be less bugs.. more on TripAdvisor
