Horrible! Do not stay here!

We arrived shortly after check in time (3:00 PM) and were immediately told our room wouldn't be ready, then when looking up our reservation, they told us we booked three rooms instead of one, even though we had our online receipt clearly showing ONE room. They told us we would be charged for all three, and the General Manager told me it was my fault for being "stupid enough" to put my credit card out online on their website to book a room and he would never do that!
