the motel was dirty had real dirty pillows and sheets.the sheets were so used u could see the mattress threw them.towels and wash rags were stained.we had our roomed cleaned (if that is what they call clean) and they didnt leave any wash rags or soap for us to use so we called down to the office to request extra pillows and wash rags and soap and we had to go get them ourselves I mean we are on vacation but we were not treated like we were on vacation.we also had to buy ice from there motel.most motels have more on Yahoo! Travel

This motel is NOT in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg...it is at stoplight #1, while the "heart" (Ripley's aquarium) is at stoplight #6. Yes, you can walk to downtown, but it is NOT a short walk.
