The manager didn't make a considerable effort to make sure the patrons were comfortable or make arrangements to get food or have food brought out. more on TravelPost.com

When I called the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room, the hotel manager gave me a hard time and in the end did not fulfill my request. more on VirtualTourist
