Booked this hotel as somewhere to stay on a night out. I live about 40 miles from the city, but opted to stay here rather than queue all night for a taxi, as is the norm in Aberdeen. We have stayed in this hotel on several occassions and not had a problem. There is nothing wrong with the hotel for the money and in fact it is pretty good value but what is sadly lacking is customer service. Another pleasant Aberdeen hotel - very nice indeed

Sadly I only spent one night at this establishment, but the staff as always in Aberdeen are so helpful and let me have the room shortly before 4 and even let me keep it until after 12 the next day.
