However, upon getting into the room we were greeted with no liners in the trash bins, an OPEN bottle of shampoo, one of the bedspreads was stained, the carpet turned your feet black if you walked without socks /shoes, the breakfast area was unkempt (probably because there was no one there to watch over it), a smokey-smelling non-smoking room and non-functioning free internet service. more on Hotels.com

Two good things...my mattress must have been new because it was firm, and they had about 4 or 5 free movie channels. more on TripAdvisor
