won't stay here again!

this is the third time we've stayed at the blockade runner this year. the first two times were fine, clean rooms, no problems. this time was a different story. i made reservations for adjoining rooms on the fourth floor. when we checked in, we were given rooms on the third floor, which was fine. the rooms had not been cleaned, the bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and one room reeked ...
