Better off in a box outside

This was by far the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in including condemend buildings overseas during military service. There was mold growing out of the utensils and the ceiling was crumbling down. Price Is Right Cottages Near the Mansions

The Motel was older, but the grounds were nicely kept. The room was adequate for having no reservation. There was no on-site management after hours, but an emergency phone number was provided. Very comfortable

The convenience of being within the downtown Portsmouth area is well worth the stay. The room was very large and extremely clean while offering a separate seating area.
