The Howard Johnson in Isla Verde was OK...

Second time staying at this hotel. This time my room smelled old and musky, the bathroom was small and you have to pay $7.oo dollars for parking per day. Overall the hotel is OK! Great value, nice hotel and staff

If you are looking for clean, affordable accomodations in Sam Juan, this is the right place. I stayed there in high season (for xmas) and paid $105 a night that I booked over the phone with HoJo res.The rooms are clean and comfortable, on the small side, but the a/c kicks out nice cold air and the tv has lots of channels, plus a big mini fridge in the room for you to use (stock it yourself from the walgreens or supermarket a 5 minute ...
