We were in the area to visit Amish country The room was comfortable and neat; with an arm chair, desk/chair, small frig, microwave, coffee maker and armoire. Not a bad hotel. I've stayed at worse. Lobby very clean/nice. Rooms looked like they were recently redone. We did not have an option between smoking/non smoking rooms.
