very disappointed

This motel was very disappointing! I shared a room with my daughter and her friend. The room was supposed to have a sofa. It Should Be Called The Black Sky Motel

We found this motel online. The pictures for the place looked great. My first clue should have been that they were asking for a 48 hours cancellation notice. When we arrived there were all kinds of shady characters walking around drinking and carrying mattresses from one room to another. The roofs of the units were covered in plastic.

we saw this place on the internet and it had more stars/ diamonds than most others so we assumed it was good..the pictures looked real nice, however we arrived and it looked like an old moldy motel, there was a blue tarp on the roof ...
