Quality lodging in Coos Bay

We stayed at the Motel 6 Coos Bay in August 2004 (My wife, young daughter, and I). The room we stayed in was clean initially, and cleaned daily by nice, friendly maids. The Basic Comforts

The Motel 6 Coos Bay is very basic - no pool, no hair dryer, no alarm clock, no pictures on the walls - but it is all that we needed. It was a clean, safe, quiet, comfortable place to sleep for the night without paying for frills that we just don't use anyway. The towels, bedding and carpet were ... need to clean rooms better

the room was not very clean, we had to ask to have our bed sheets cleaned every day and they had no irons that worked, ( I am not kidding) and they did not have a full size ironing board just a desk top, which is not very helpful when you have to iron more than once.
