Home away from Home! We wanna go back!

Horrible Trip Rooms 43 and 44
This was supposed to be a fun filled family trip but as we found out upon arriving it would be a horrid vacation. I had seven people staying in two rooms for one night. We arrived at the hotel a little after check in time, like 8:00pm, We went to the front office to check in, and the lady at the front desk was rude and was unproffesional like she had something better to do. The outdoor pool was dirty and the whole complex was noisy with a bunch of loud chlidren running around the parking lot.
