Bad experience with this motel

I called on a unit to reserve for saturday night they had a room availabe with a double bed and a futon that sleeps two. When we arived saturday the room we had booked had a major water leak in the kitchen so we asked for another room. Old but clean and cheap-nice amenities

in need of some serious cleaning, updating and paint

I have stayed here in the past and wasn't happy with the rooms but the sheets were clean and for a short stay oh well. Figured it's been a few years maybe things will at least be the same or hopefully improved. Was I wrong. The only thing the same was clean sheets.
