The Ramada is very convient to the Cleveland Airport. It is also within a short driving distance to a large Mall and many eating establishments. Horrible, Bad Attitudes,Stinks
Female at the front desk was rude and keeps a horrible look on her face and is very snappy with her words no matter how nice you try to be to her. The room stinks. For the money, the hotel was ok. Being a Ramada, I thought it would be a little nicer. The lobby was very nice and the staff helpful and courteous.
