Double check what they say ~ the customer is not always right?
Hello all, While the hotel was fair there were a few things I must share. I share them as the manager/staff were unwilling to accept any responsibility for any problems and were, by-and-large, apparently un-aware (didnt care) about any issues that I was wanting to discuss. So, to begin: 1. Called hotel direct before making online reservation to confirm a pool was available. They replied yes, pool was open.
