No Holiday at this Holiday Inn Express!

This was the worst Hotel I've ever stayed at! The Desk Staff (Deaudra) was very rude and snobby! The air-conditioner in my room didn't work! I was told that the Maintenance Man would be in first thing that morning to fix it and at 10:45 A.M. when I checked on it again I was told by Deaudra that s... mr_terrific2005, a user of Yahoo!
