a /c did not cool room, beds were set high and tv was below bed level making viewing very uncomfortable, after housekeeping cleaned room access key card to room no longer worked, only one ice machine for the whole complex more on Travelocity.com

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so choices are a plenty. more on Yahoo! Travel
