The one nice thing was that the Motel has a bar that opens at 9:30pm with really cheap drinks, no more than $3 a drink. more on TripAdvisor

I have stayed here many times over the summer...the location is great and really it's just a place to sleep or get laid after a long day at the beach...they have a great bar super hot irish babes work there and the owner is a cool guy...the people writing neg reviews should book their stays way in advance at the much pricier motel /hotels in town...like I said this place is more like a pricier hostel than anything else... more on Yahoo!
