This is a great place to stay. Very reasonably priced, clean, and friendly. It was about a 15 minute walk to pick up the #7 Subway (which takes you into downtown Manhattan) and I was nervous, especially at night, but nothing happened. Great money saving alternative to Manhattan
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to see NYC on a budget. The Holiday Inn in Manhattan was roughly $450 a night, so for less than half that price I was able to stay in Queens. Very accomedating
Holiday Inn Exprss was a good experience.For the price it worked out for a couple of days. The rooms were clean, a little musty smell but the staff came in and sprayed.
