Nightmare on Queens Blvd

I made reservations and had a confirmation numbers and all. However, they did not have a room for me and I had to fight them to have a place to stay my first night. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Where should I start? Well, the hotel website claimed that it had a twenty four hour shuttle. This was one of the major reasons we decided to stay at Metro Motel.
