Poor accomodations

I made reservations at this hotel for a particular floor about 2 weeks ahead. They confirmed that it was quaranteed. Got there in plenty of time to check in. The desk staff were very helpful and pointed us to some good restaurants. We are non-smokers and received a non-smoking room with a balcony.
