When I requested that we be moved to another room, I was given a blank stare and told that I would be moved into a smoking room with two single beds, or they could go in and clean the room. more on Yahoo! Travel

On my arrival my husband were horrifed to see that the toilet had not been cleaned, and there were still remnants of the last guest on the toilet seat and bowl. more on Yahoo! Travel
