The hotel and staff were fine-we had problems with rudeness and bad service in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel-it was inexcusable and we never went back after the first day, but traveled off property to have meals, cocktails, etc. I am somewhat likely to return to the Ramada Somerset. more on TravelPost.com
