A horrible experience!

We stayed at this place along with two other families. We reserved a room with a view and the room given to us was on the other side of the view. think twice before staying at the Cabot!
The management never got my online reservation, so upon my arrival, Monty" the manager was scrambing to find me a room for 2 nights. He finally said he could give me a room but we'd have to switch rooms after the first night. I wasnt too happy about this as its quite an incovenience to move a fam... mplfam, a user of Tripadvisor. It was an O.K. stay but we won't go back.
We sayed here last year for a few days We wanted to stay across the street at their motel because we wanted a kitchen so we wouldn't have to eat out every meal with a family of 5 it gets so expensive but they told us it was fully booked but the entire time we were at the hotel we only saw one car... desireme98, a user of Tripadvisor.
