Despite the lack of frills, the place is clean and a great location to pontoon rentals to enjoy the natural beauty of Squam Lake. more on TripAdvisor

We would go back again for 3 days to see the Science center, Hike Rattle Snake, take the 15 minute drive to see Polar Caves and enjoy a pontoon rental again. more on TripAdvisor

A canoe and paddelboat are available for guests at no cost. more on TripAdvisor

They finally found our reservation the next day but when we left they tried to charge us several hundred dollars more then our agreed on rate claiming they had no record of it. more on TripAdvisor
