- our room was spotless and had some nice touches like ceramic coffee cups (instead of styrofoam) and two complimentary bottles of more on Tripadvisor

- inn has been much better maintained by the considerate, friendly family that owns/staffs the property more on Tripadvisor
- parking space outside our room vacant as well, so we would not have to unload the whole car more on Tripadvisor
