What a Dump!

Warning! You have been advised!
I reserved this room in advance online. I got to the hotel and checked in. I went to the room and found that it was 2 queens, with no fridge/microwave. I reserved a king-smoking, which had a fridge/microwave in the room; however that is not what I received.
