First they did not have our reservation on file so had to call you guys and get it approved (after driving for 8 hrs) hotel staff was something Ive never seen when given room key we were asked to go check the room first and see if it had been cleaned floors not vacuumed stuff left from previous people Nasty no ice bucket, no garbage can in room would only give 2 worn out towels, swimming pool closed could on forever if you'd like me to dirty Nasty disgusting. more on MyTravelGuide
