The bath tub and sink drain mechanism did not work, however, the front desk people were very helpful. more on TravelPost.com

Hotel staff was surley and had to hunt down desk clerk at checkout, at first refused to provide itemized bill but after several min's grudging printed one off. Also room did not have bath towels only ... more on TripAdvisor
