Very bad experience!!!!
The only positive things I can say is the pooland fitness areas were great. My husband was here for business and spent two weeks at this location. Parking Scam
We have stayed at this hotel often when flying from DTW and as Priority Club Platinum members have always left our car at no charge so were surprised to be charged $40.00 this last time. the ability to park your vehicle and receive free shuttle service to and from dtw....a definite plus to people traveling for extended periods shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful hotel was clean..staff friendly...excellent ...
