needs major improvements

July 31, 2007 I stayed at the Craigville Motel in Centerville, Mass. I wasn't familiar with the Cape but I felt safe reserving a room there because I felt hotel.com would check out the motels prior to listing them on the site. When I entered the office, the owner called me by my first name (very strange) and gave me the key. She didn't have me sign in or check my license ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. From Barnstable Municipal Airport: Approximate distance to the hotel is three miles. Follow signs south on Barnstable Road. Turn right onto the roundabout. Turn right at first exit toward Iyannough Road/MA-132 West. Turn left onto Shoot Flying Hill Road.
