Bad part of town

Not bad for the price
We stayed here only one night, since we had a prepaid reservation for four more nights in a hotel in downtown D.C. after this night. Our room was adequate, acceptably clean, newer carpet, pleasant-enough furnishings, cable TV and HBO. The bathroom had some amenities, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee... Comfortable but a bit out of the way
I was looking for a good rate for a hotel close to DC. First impression was a bit deceiving as the neighborhood looked like it had seen better days. However, the hotel itself met all our needs. AWFUL stay
I stayed in Comfort Inn for only one night, but that was enough. The first thing that disappointed me was the SMELL - not only in the room, but in the hallway. I got robbed at this hotel
