Room was marginal. Clean, but in obvoious need of some TLC. Soft spots in several areas of the room floor. Hold was put on our credit card 3 hours before we were due to arrive even though an advance deposit was not required. We were NOt informed of this and paid cash at check in. Upon checki... We stayed here 4 nights during a convention. The 2007 directory says "all...offer...milk, cereal and an assortment of baked goods." This one didn't have any of these except English muffins and Nutrigrain cereal bars.
