Outstanding Value - Will go again

Ne'r Beach Motel is great! After looking around at a lot of properties, and contacting several, I emailed Ne'r Beach several times before I finally made my decision. Each time I emailed them, they got back to me very quickly. After reading previous reviews, I was a little worried about what we might be in for. The good reviews were universal in their praise, and the bad were pretty bad. The newest one was about 2 years old. Also, there was a warning saying something about the reviews were under investigation for inappropriate use (or something like that). Well, either the owners have changed, ... Horrible Place, Rude, Rude, Rude

Nancy O'Brien is one of the rudest, nastiest people I've ever encountered in my travels. I booked three nights at the Ner Beach Motel. The room was horrible.
