When I think that we paid $50 over the normal cost to stay during the lobster festival, I have to conclude that it was NOT worth it. more on TripAdvisor

The point was that when the people from the Navigator saw a negative opinion they sent back our deposit and told us to find an other hotel rather than try to remedy the problem. more on Yahoo! Travel

My family just stayed here a couple weeks ago (mid-Sept 2007) and were given a room that smelled and had large carpet stains. more on openlist

Just stayed here for the North Atlantic Blues Festival. Three nights were required in order to get a reservation during this event, and the rates $199 per night. This hotel isn't worth $50 per night. ... more on TripAdvisor

We live on an island and have to stay over night for doctor appointments, shopping trips etc. The Navigator is comfortable, clean and updated and has always given us an inexpensive place to stay away ... more on TripAdvisor
