Total Lack of Service

The following excerpt from a letter written on April 17 has never been answered. In addition, I sent an email to the main web site for Days Inn. I find it appalling that no one has contacted us.

On April 7, 2006 at approximately 11:00 pm, we arrived at your location for a reserved two-night%rsquos stay. When we checked in, the lobby was chaotic. A high school baseball team had arrived moments earlier and players, parents, and young children were loud and disruptive. The person at the desk seemed harried.
