WATER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE WASH BASIN! THE BATHTUB WAS DIRTY!THE CARPET WAS DIRTY. THE HALLWAY WAS FILTHY. THE WHOLE FACILITY NEEDS TO BE EITHER RESTORED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION OR TORN DOWN.
