ramada replaced former fairfield inn-quality has gone down

... nicely maintained Fairfield Inn property. Now that Ramada has taken it over, it has really gone downhill. The property is not properly maintained... the landscaping is non-existent, the A/C dids not work properly, paint is peeling, ... billywilliams2, a user of Tripadvisor.
