Our room was nice. Had a table, fridge and microwave which I didn't expect to have, and it was convenient! The business room downstairs is well equipted, computer, printer, etc. The nighttime staff is very helpful. I would give everything at least a B+. The only complaints are that the... Friendly and helpful staff

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express New Albany for a weekend December 10-11. The rooms are remodeled, clean, well appointed and contain a refrigerator and microwave.
