I had to walk to the front desk to get clean towels and to get someone to come back and get the dirty towels. more on MyTravelGuide

After the staff fixed the toilet they used the clean towels that were in the bathroom to clean the water off of the floor and left them in a corner on the bathroom floor. more on MyTravelGuide
